we’re different

The Royals is the only program that offers the full development of a young adult that does not require you to take out a 2nd mortgage.

Our curriculum features team yoga, mental strength training, dedicated weightlifting instructors, and experienced coaches who are there for the kids - not a paycheck. We care about the whole athlete, and we’re the only program with the track record to prove it.

The biggest compliment we get from college coaches who recruit our players is that a Royal “knows how to compete and win.” All of our players graduate knowing how to work hard, play fundamental team baseball, and ultimately be a winner on and off the field.

Led by Coach Tim Lee - the head coach at Ingraham HS - he has used this exact same Royals model at Ingraham and in only his 2nd year for the Rams, set a school record in wins and earned Metro League Coach of the Year in 2025. With his deep ties and connections with ABCA, PBR, PAC NW, high school and college coaches - coach Tim has earned a reputation of being transparent about player development and skills.

Our flagship 18u team does not hold tryouts and are “invite only” - if you are interested in an invitation, please complete the form.

For our Underclass development 18u team (typically freshman/sophomores) we will hold tryouts in late July. Please complete the form so we can let you know when tryout details are finalized.
