The Royals operate as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We keep costs as low as
possible, ensuring our sole focus is on player development rather than profits.
The organization is entirely volunteer-led. Despite costing 50% less than other select
programs, we have accumulated more wins and college commitments, including 18u
league titles in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Our players are consistently recognized as all-conference players and MVPs in their high school divisions.

Do you have youth teams?

No. We focus exclusively on high school-aged players—that is what we know best. Freshmen who have joined our underclass/development team have historically excelled during their first high school seasons.

How do you help players get recruited?

We build a tailored recruitment plan for each athlete, focusing on finding the perfect academic and athletic fit. Additionally, we actively fund and support our players at specific showcase events; for example, we fully cover housing for players invited to the PAC Games.

Do you focus on anything outside of baseball skills?

Yes. We invest heavily in holistic development. We are deeply committed to our players' mental well-being, incorporating specialized training in visualization, meditation, and yoga.

What makes the Royals different from other select teams?

We build lifelong friendships. Our players stay together in team houses all summer, forging bonds that last long after their baseball careers end. We also just happen to win a lot of games. Because we don't pay administrative salaries, we reinvest our capital directly into the player experience: high-end Nike gear, a Veo Camera for elite recruitment streams, videographers, and unique team-building experiences (like hiring magicians, horseback riding, or hypnotists during travel tournaments).

Where do you play? (I’m tired of driving to a 5:00 PM game in Redmond and Auburn the next day!)

We hear you. While we started in Shoreline, we now draw players from all over Western Washington. Our dedicated home fields are Tonkin Field at Meridian Park (Shoreline) and Ingraham High School (North Seattle). The vast majority of our home games are hosted at these locations with convenient 7:00 PM start times.
